Ultimate brunch wrap!

You can swap and change the items in this to suit your taste and calories! I had ran out of my eat lean cheese but adding that would bump up the protein on this too!

This is a slightly higher calorie meal so please adapt it to your targets or do a few swaps to suit. 

Cook the hash brown in the oven or actifry along with the bacon. I cut the sausage out of the skin and squished it into a patty and popped it in the oven too. Once that’s all cooked I then whisk two eggs and add some salt and pepper, I spray some of my spray into the pan (you can use butter if you prefer) and pour the eggs in. I let them set in the pan for a few minutes and then add the wrap on top. I let the egg cook slightly more around it and the flip it over. I then add a slice of cheese to let it melt and once the egg is fully cooked I take it out of the pan and then assemble!
