Teriyaki Salmon & Avo noodles

For my portion this was 750 calories & 38G protein but you as always you can adapt this to suit your tastes and calorie target. I used GF pad thai noodles, which again you can adapt and all my sauce that I used were GF ingredients so adapt it to you!

Mix together Honey, Soy sauce, garlic and a little salt & pepper and let the salmon marinade in it for around 20 minutes. Then wrap the salmon in foil (with the marinade too if there's some) and cook in the oven for around 25 minutes (again depends on how you like your salmon!) then the rest is super easy, Cut an avocado in half and put face down in a pan, boil the noodles if you've chosen boiled ones or stir fry the noodles with your veg. I used pak choi, baby corn & mange tout -  but you can use a pack of stir fry veg if thats what you prefer or have! Then arrange all in a bowl! I topped mine with a few more chillis and a little more soy sauce and its done! Super quick and easy yummy dinner filled with lots of protein & healthy, essential fats!
