Sometimes we over think things too much. This is a super simple dinner yet packed with protein (when you use eat lean cheese) + carbs & veg!
One jacket potato - calories & carbs will vary on the size ☺️, 100g eat lean cheese, half a tin of beans & a side of garlicy veg 😍😍 I just mixed 10g of flora light butter with garlic and put in a pan with cavero nero, tender stem broccoli & peas! The peas soak up so much flavour and they are just so good!
