Oh my god ππ these were INSANE
I mixed GF soy sauce (you can use normal), honey, garlic, juice of a lime, salt & pepper together. I then split it into two bowls. In bowl I put diced chicken in, mixed it all in and let it marinate. The other bowl I put chopped pineapple in and let it marinate. I marinated mine for a couple of hours, but you can do it overnight or for half hour if your short on time!
I then added them to a skewer & BBQβd!!
I served with potato salad & a side salad! π
