This is super easy and all you need to think of is the toppings!

 

100G of GF plain flour 

200G of Aldi High protein yoghurt 

Mix the two ingredients together until they form a dough. Roll out and then add your toppings!

502 kcal 

31G protein

90G carbs 

1G fat

If you make a tomato base out of passata, top with eat lean cheese and lots of veggies & chicken you can have a high protein cheesy pizza for around 700/800 kcal.
