Classic Hummus

This recipe made three portions for me. But as always have as much (or as little) as you like! It’s so easy too!

Half a tin of chickpeas (drained), a teaspoon of olive oil, a teaspoon of peanut butter, lemon juice (either fresh or the bottle) salt & pepper, some garlic ( I used powder but again you can use fresh or the lazy garlic!)

Put all the ingredients in a blender with around 4 tablespoons of water and blitz until smooth! I served mine with GF flatbread, cucumber, celery & peppers!
