I used
1 x mini gem Lettuce
1/4 of a Cucumber
Half a tin of sweetcorn
Lidl roasted red peppers in a jar
2 mini pickles
1 medium carrot grated
Couple of jalapenos
20G of mild cheese ( I buy my toddler those little mini cheese's and I just grabbed one of those and grated it)
Half a pack of cooked sweet and smokey chicken
Just cut up all the salad bits and put in a bowl and top with the chicken and cheese!
