Avo & egg pitta

Super easy, super quick & high in protein & those super fats 😍! You can add cheese into too if you like ☺️

I made an omelette. (Whisked two eggs with salt and pepper, sprayed a pan with skinny food olive oil spray and then poured the egg in. Let it set and then flip over) 

Popped a GF pitta in the toaster (again you don’t have to use a GF one, use any pitta you want) Mash half an avocado up with some salt & pepper. Fold the omelette into the pitta and then top with avo! I then topped mine with skinny food siriacha sauce 😍
