Rice cakes with cottage cheese, sun dried tomatoes & rocket

This is SUCH a good snack and its high in protein too!

I used three of the caramelized onion rice cakes, 150g of cottage cheese, 11g of sun dried tomatoes and some rocket. My serving came up to 233 calories, 24G of protein, 21G of carbs, 6G of fat and 4G of fiber. But you might want more cottage cheese (or less!) you might only want two rice cakes, or you might want 4! Remember to always fit these to your tastes and your targets!
