GF fluffy banana pancakes & chocolate chia protein topping!

Wow these were the best pancakes ever!

1 mashed banana, 1 egg, 175g GF SR flour, 125 ml whole milk, 1 tsp baking powder ( you can use whatever milk and flour you like)

I mashed the banana and egg together, add the flour and milk with the baking powder and mix together. I used flora light in the pan and cooked the pancakes one at a time in it. This batch made 6 ( I shared them with my toddler) 

 

The pancakes are 124 calories each, 23.7 G carbs, 1.8g fat, 3G protein.

 

I topped mine with some chia seed pudding that I had made overnight. All I do is use 15g of chia seeds and I mixed it with a Ufit chocolate pudding in a bowl and popped in the fridge over night. I then topped all the pancakes with skinny food chocolate syrup!

So the total for my breakfast including the strawberries was 

520 calories 

Protein - 34G

Carbs - 63G

Fat - 12G

And also has 12g of fibre!!
