This is the most filling breakfast ever!! You can amend and adjust the toppings to fit your tastes and calories too!
I soak 15g of chia seeds in around 100-150 ml of soya milk ( you can use any milk or water if you like) over night. In the morning I then added 200G of Aldi high protein yoghurt - this 200G is 26G of protein!!
Mix it all together and the top with your toppings!! The base of chia seeds and yoghurt is 203 calories and 28.9G of protein!
I added skinny food salted caramel peanut butter, some gf granola & some berries!
